1 Definition of Warranty Liability

1-1 All products are tested prior to sale and meet our company¡¦s strict standards for quality and durability, as well as general daily-use requirements.

1-2 Please refer to the detailed description of each product for the scope of warranty coverage applicable to individual products and accessories.

1-3 Online purchases are entitled to a product inspection period in accordance with applicable regulations; however, the ¡§inspection period is not a trial period.¡¨ Once the product seal has been opened, returns will not be accepted unless the issue is attributable to a defect in the product itself. Products purchased at physical retail stores are not eligible for any inspection or trial period. Please take special note.

2 Warranty Period and Coverage

2-1 Each warranty carries its own specific terms and conditions, based on normal and proper use of the product, provided that none of the prohibited actions or misuse described in the user instructions have occurred. The warranty period becomes effective starting at 12:00 AM local time on the day following the consumer¡¦s receipt of the product, and product registration must be completed.

2-2 The ¡§Battery,¡¨ ¡§LED Board,¡¨ and ¡§Control Switch¡¨ are covered by a three-month warranty. All other components (including accessories) are covered by a one-year warranty.

2-3 If the original purchaser resells or transfers ownership of the product, please remind the new owner to register the product information, and also cancel your own registration to avoid affecting warranty rights.

2-4 When requesting warranty service, please submit your application through the APP to facilitate verification of your product serial/batch number and expedite the service process.

2-5 For returns made within the inspection period for products not purchased from physical retail stores, the product must be returned in its original and complete packaging. All accessories, gifts, warranty and serial-number documentation, instruction manuals, packaging bags, protective cases, and related items must remain complete and undamaged, free from scratches or defects. Any missing items or damage may result in the consumer being charged for all necessary restoration or repair costs.

2-6 Warranty coverage for other peripheral products may vary depending on the nature of the product and shall be subject to the documentation provided with each peripheral product.

2-7 Damage caused to the product, included accessories, or other peripheral products resulting from the use of non-company-supplied accessories or accessories not recommended by the company shall not be covered under warranty.

3 Provision of Warranty Services

3-1 Our service team will review the submitted product information and determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage. If the warranty conditions are met, we will provide repair services or replace the product with the same or an equivalent-grade product.

3-2 If the product qualifies for warranty coverage, the company will bear the costs of repair and replacement parts.

3-3 If the product does not qualify for warranty coverage but repair service is still requested, the company may charge reasonable fees for labor, replacement parts, logistics, and shipping. A quotation will be provided in advance, and repairs will proceed only after your approval.

3-4 The warranty does not apply to any unauthorized modifications or alterations made by third parties. Once original parts are replaced with new parts, ownership of the replaced original parts shall belong to the company.

3-5 If a product cannot be repaired due to discontinuation or unavailability of parts, the company will provide a replacement product of equivalent or higher grade. If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

3-6 If a replacement product is provided under warranty, the warranty period for the replacement product shall be calculated from the original product purchase date.

3-7 We reserves the right to determine whether a replacement will be provided and whether a different product type may be substituted.

4 Situations Not Covered by Warranty

4-1 Failure to promptly register the product information after purchase.

4-2 Defects caused by improper storage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized structural modifications, self-disassembly, replacement or repair, or improper cleaning methods or cleaning agents.

4-3 Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental impacts, compression damage, or damage caused by high temperature, humidity, or similar environmental factors.

4-4 Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

4-5 Display or demonstration products used in physical retail stores.

4-6 Any malfunction or damage attributable to the purchaser.

4-7 We reserves the right to amend these warranty terms and conditions.

5 Product Usage and Customer Service

5-1 Please follow the product¡¦s included usage and maintenance guidelines in order to qualify for warranty services. Complete instructions are also available through our sales channels and official website.

5-2 This product contains highly precise digital control circuitry. Please handle with care during use and storage. Keep out of reach of children. Dropping, compression, impact, water exposure, humid environments, or excessive dust may cause cracking, wear, or circuit damage, resulting in voided warranty coverage.

5-3 Do not disassemble the product, drill holes, or replace parts on your own, as doing so will void the warranty. If repair service is required, please contact customer service team.

5-4 Please submit repair requests through the APP, as this is the fastest, simplest, and most cost-effective method. After confirmation, the company will first send you a replacement product identical to your purchased model via courier service. Upon receiving the replacement, please properly package the product requiring repair and return it through the courier service.

6 Legal Regulations Governing Warranty Liability

6-1 Product compliance shall be governed by the regulations applicable in the region where the purchase was made (for example: Amazon North America follows U.S. and Canadian regulations; Amazon Japan follows Japanese regulations; and so forth).

6-2 If the purchase region lacks relevant regulations, or if such regulations are insufficient to protect your rights and interests, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the Applicable laws and regulations of Taiwan, including the Consumer Protection Act.
